We have tasty news, Patisserie College has chosen Secret View! For more than a hundred independent patissiers spread across the Netherlands who bake the most delicious creations, we are starting customer experience research. Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, wedding day, birth, or just because – these pastry chefs know how to turn every occasion into a celebration.

In this collaboration, more than a hundred branches of Patisserie College are visited each quarter by our mystery shoppers. And that’s not all! The entrepreneurs also had the opportunity to schedule extra assignments, and they sold like hotcakes. This way, we guarantee the quality and customer experience of these top bakers throughout the Netherlands.
